Andrea Cox
Andrea has worked in the social care sector for over 30 years having spent the last 26 years in residential childcare. Andrea began her journey as a residential care worker progressing to a Senior then taking on the role of a Registered Manager. Having experience of working in several large reputable organisations, all of Andrea’s services as a Registered Manager achieved Outstanding Ofsted gradings, supporting homes on Inadequate ratings to a Good as a regional/senior manager.
Andrea‘s strengths are developing staff into their respective roles ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and experience to aid their roles and increase further knowledge on the legislative framework that underpins our practice, including all company policies and procedures. Her role also encompasses oversight of budget management, occupancy, service delivery and linking in with our key stakeholders. In the last several years Andrea’s roles have been a regional manager and a Chief Operating Officer where where she had a large portfolio of homes including ASD, EBD, Specialist Therapeutic, Gang homes and a Crisis service including solo homes under dual management, large bedded residential, co-located education and satellite models. Andrea’s vision is to ensure the workforce are supported, trained, and developed with the aim of embedding quality into our practice and recording so that we become market leading.

Rebecca Meehan
BA Hons, MSc, MCIPD.
Rebecca Meehan joined the Company in 2019 as Head of Human Resources, bringing with her extensive HR experience gained through a variety of sectors in large multinational blue chip organisations such as De La Rue and BAE and Lancashire County Council. Rebecca has a Degree in Business and MSc in Human Resources as well as being a Chartered member of the CIPD and Mental First Aider. Rebecca is responsible for leading the HR function at a strategic level, driving the people agenda across the company whilst maintaining a commercial focus and sight of the company’s overarching objective.

Steve Brown
Steve brings 16 years’ experience working with the most vulnerable and challenging children in the country. Steve has extensive experience across the children’s residential sector in senior management roles from larger national providers to smaller family run services as well as supporting new start up homes. Steve has a proven track record of opening and managing ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ residential children’s homes and maintaining the highest levels of care for children and young people. A strong leader and strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and cultivate productive working relationships with employees and stakeholders. Steve has significant experience in developing and implementing organisational strategies and operational plans to deliver key objectives.
