Not only is training an integral part of building a successful staff team but it is also reinforcing the Quality Standards and the underpinning legislation of Children’s Homes Regulations. To ensure our staff are fully skilled to cope with situations as they arise, mandatory and additional training is completed. Additional training covered includes, but is not limited to:
- Level 3 Diploma for residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Consultation with our clinical team to support staff with the emotional demands of the job and reflective practise and debriefs
